Disclosure: Please do not park/block driveway. Public beach access runs through the property. Possible noise can occur during the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The paved access leads down to the beach and the Princeville water plant. Management is required to do routine inspections at the water plant and have access through the main entry gate. There is no lifeguard at the beach. Please be safe and swim at your own risk.
